• Share or distribute malware or harmful content

Eventio offers different pricing plans based on the event features and guest size. Payment is required to access and use certain services. All fees are non-refundable, and Eventio reserves the right to modify pricing plans at any time.

7. User-Generated Content

You may upload content such as event details, guest lists, and custom designs for QR codes. You retain ownership of your content but grant Eventio a license to use, modify, and display this content for event management purposes.

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the Eventio platform or content without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to the platform’s systems or data
• Use the platform for commercial purposes without prior consent

9. Termination

Eventio reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these Terms & Conditions. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting Eventio customer support.

10. Limitation of Liability

Eventio’s liability for any claims arising from the use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold Eventio harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or damages arising from your use of the platform or any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
