Eventio is free to use for event creation, allowing you to set up your event and get started. However, to access all premium features such as customized invitations with QR codes, WhatsApp notifications, donations and gifts, and event website builders, you’ll need to choose one of our paid plans.

Eventio simplifies event planning with features like online RSVPs, customized invitations with QR codes, event website creation, and more. Once you create your event, you can set up registration forms, manage guest lists, track RSVPs, and send automated reminders and notifications. Additionally, Eventio offers contactless check-in using QR codes, all within a user-friendly platform.
Eventio provides automatic notifications when a guest RSVPs for your event. You’ll receive real-time updates via email and/or WhatsApp (depending on your plan), and you can easily track RSVP statuses from your Eventio dashboard.
Eventio offers advanced customization options to create a tailored online RSVP and event website that suits your event’s brand. You can add custom questions, upload logos or pictures, adjust colors and backgrounds, and much more. Once your event is set up, you’ll need to publish it to begin accepting RSVPs or registrations. You can close your RSVP form at any time and still access all of your event’s data. You can also open and close your RSVP form as needed.
Yes, guests can return to your online RSVP form to update their RSVP or preferences at any time. However, event hosts can choose to prevent guests from editing their existing RSVP once it’s submitted. Please note that if there is a paid element (like a ticket or donation), guests cannot edit their registration once submitted.
Payment must be fully completed for services to be rendered. However, for custom features, you can make an initial 50% payment, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the event and service delivery.
